Fnac and Concertclassic vouchers must be exchanged at the ticket office 1/2 hour before the start of the concert.
On the day of the concert
Tickets are sold at the site (box office opens one hour before the day's first performance).
General terms and conditions
Concert tickets include admission to visit the Abbey. The door opens one-half hour before the start of the concert.
Seats that have been reserved but not paid for will be sold 10 minutes prior to the start of the concert.
Tickets may not be returned or exchanged on the day of the concert.
Subscribers receive the best seats if they have reserved at least 7 days before the day of the concert (reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis). Disabled persons and persons in wheelchairs have reserved seats and preferential prices for persons accompanying them. Reservations are required. Concert programs are made available free of charge.
To avoid disruption for the audience and the performers, we remind you that small children and strollers are not allowed in concert halls.
Café-discussions
Admission to café-discussions is free of charge for concert ticket holders. No reservations are required (limited number of seats).
Prices
The reduced price applies to:
- persons holding subscriptions for 4 and more concerts
- persons showing identification as: members of the Friends of Royaumont*, students, schoolchildren, job-seekers, disabled persons, holders of the Carte Promesse Val d'Oise
- groups of 10 and more people
- families of 4 and more members
