NetworksThe Royaumont Foundation has always endeavoured to avoid carrying out its activities in isolation or close off its initiatives and experience from the outside world.
It strives to:
- extend and enhance the actions it undertakes by working with others,
- share with others the convictions and ideas that underpin its activities,
- nourish its own work through exchange of ideas in France and abroad,
- participate in cultural initiatives that pursue the same goals and can enrich its own activities.
The Foundation is therefore a member of several national and international "networks" and it supports two "associated projects".
Association des Centres Culturels de Rencontre (1973) , European Network of Cultural Centres set up in historic monuments (1991)
France Festivals
Charte Européenne des Abbayes Cisterciennes
Zone Franche
REMA (European Early Music Network)
FEVIS (Federation of Specialised Vocal and Instrumental Ensembles)
Centre Français des Fondations
In addition, Royaumont regularly works with a wide variety of institutions in France and abroad on individual projects.
