The Royaumont Foundation’s permanent staff of 64 is divided between the 3 sectors of activity and the common services:

  • Cultural Programs Department: 9 employees
  • Public Relations and Communication Department: 10 employees
  • Seminars and Events Division: 28 employees
  • The shared services (SC) comprise 17 employees: the general management team, including sponsorship, and the deputy general management team, including finance, human resources, technology and IT.

Every year, the Royaumont Foundation recruits young people on work-study contracts, interns and civic services.

In 2024, the Foundation had 460 employees of all types. Intermittent workers and artists accounted for 187 people; part-timers and extras for 171.

In 2024, the number of permanent employees will be 72. The Royaumont Foundation’s total workforce will amount to 88.22 full-time equivalents, with partial activity representing 82.34 full-time equivalents.
