A masterpiece of Gothic art
Listed as a historic monument in 1927, this former Cistercian abbey – the largest in the Île-de-France region! – is a stunning testament to the genius of medieval builders.
Its slender columns, polished stones and isolated tower tell the story of eight centuries of history.
Certain areas, reserved for the Foundation’s activities, are not accessible to visitors. However, it is possible to access them on certain occasions: shows, exhibitions, conferences, professional training for artists, during a weekend at the abbey, a brunch, private guided tours and group activities.
