• Sea swimming and its small minestrone of vegetables, herbs in madness
• Ballotine of sea bream, creamy carrot and cumin sauce, and its glazed young vegetables, lamb’s lettuce pesto
• Chavignol en croûte on mesclun
• Vanilla-raspberry macaroon, red fruits infused with herbs
• Food and wine pairing
