Formations 2024

The Voice and Repertoire Pole offers singers, instrumentalists, choral conductors and stage directors the opportunity to build a professional career around medieval music, melody and lieder, vocal polyphony and opera.

Supervised by leading specialists, each course combines the musical repertoire with other disciplines (literature, history…) and a musicological approach based on the collections of the Royaumont Libraries. Teamwork is enriched by the presence of research students from EHESS.

Winners also benefit from professional integration: concert offers in France and abroad, annual auditions for projects with partner orchestras and ensembles (Orchestre de Paris, Orchestre de Picardie, Orchestre de chambre de Paris, les Talens Lyriques, Ensemble Correspondances, les Métaboles, les Surprises).

Each session enriched me immensely, with each speaker having a different artistic and human identity. It’s a bit like Christmas every day at the Orsay Royaumont Academy! The incredible artists with whom we have worked, who have supported and guided us on our musical journey, the unique experience of strolling through the Musée d’Orsay, the care taken in constructing our programs, our France Musique appearance, the recording, the beautiful recitals to come…Anne Lise Polchlopek, laureate of the Orsay-Royaumont Academy
