Discover the cuisine of Chef Patrick Derisbourg ! Elegantly prepared dishes inspired by the abbey’s Potager-Jardin, from which she draws some of her ingredients, complemented by fresh produce sourced from small, preferably local, French producers.

This dinner at the abbey on Saturday includes:
- Chef’s choice, unique menu
- Entrance fees to the abbey
- Access to guided tours and activities of the day (excluding ticketed concerts)
